What type of martial arts classes do you offer?

We specialise solely in a traditional Korean martials arts called Kuk Sool Won™.    This means that our instructors are highly experienced and knowledgeable, providing high quality and focussed training for students.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No! We welcome everyone at any fitness level and ability.  We only ask that you have a “I can do it” attitude – you can always achieve more than you think you can!  Our instructors will guide you through each exercise and adapt to your fitness level/ability.  In a short space of time you will soon notice that your fitness will improve!
